John Deere will process the following categories of personal data for this purpose: your contact details, your machinery, your size of business, your type of business, your purchase history, your statutory warranty, warranty and PowerGard data (claims, work orders, repair date), your maintenance and repair data (work orders, repair date), your JO Link data (machine hours). General marketing: John Deere compiling statistics about me and the John Deere products and services I use to enable John Deere to provide me with tailored advertisements, newsletter (including but not limited to the John Deere Digital News Service https://www.deere.co.uk/en/forms/digital-news-service/), information about events and campaigns. John Deere will process the following categories of personal data for this purpose: your contact details, your machinery, your size of business, your type of cultivation, your purchase history. Personal data is shared with third party recipients, including service providers who manage marketing database, support marketing campaigns, and document the consent (some of whom are located in the United States). The personal data is transferred to or remotely accessed from non-EEA countries with different, and less protective data protection laws (including the United States of America), but where the latter is the case John Deere has put in place Standard Contractual Clauses and/or Binding Corporate Rules as safeguards.
To request access to your personal data processed by John Deere, to ask John Deere to correct or erase personal data, or to exercise any of the other data protection rights available to you (find a detailed description of those rights under John Deere’s privacy statement), please use John Deere’s Data Subject Right Reguest Form. You also have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority of your residence, place of work, or at the place of alleged infringement of GDPR.
